how long should my order take to send out?
as of right now, the average send out wait time for non preorder items is 2-5 business days. preorder items will have sendout estimates posted on their listing pages.
when will ____ be coming back in stock?
any out of stock items can be estimated to redebut within a few months--however, for most accurate information on restocks, i recommend following my socials.
my order hasn't come in yet. what's going on?
if you have received a tracking number, please refer to your mail provider to request updates. if your order contains a preorder item, all items are held until preorder items are on hand and ready to be shipped out. if you'd like for your on hand and preorder items to be shipped separately, you must place separate orders.
my order arrived missing items. what can i do?
despite careful packing, mistakes may happen! please record unboxings and feel free to contact with proof of items missing. i will be happy to either provide a refund for those items, or send them to you for no extra cost <3
my tracking shows that my order was lost in transit--what can i do?
unfortunately, once packages are dropped off to be shipped i am no longer responsible for what may happen in transit. i take as many measures as possible to ensure that your purchases arrive to you safely, though!
i have an idea i want made--can i recommend it?
occasionally i host q&a sessions on social media! along with this i allow for any requests/ideas for future products to be submitted. i cannot guarantee that i will create your idea as samples and manufacturing are a very costly and time consuming risk to take.
